Welcome to Week 3 of our fast.  Seven days remaining and I pray you continue to gain strength and freedom as you  surrender  your hunger for worldly things to seek the greater things if His kingdom.

With that said, we have spent the first two weeks  seeking personal revelation and praying for many aspects of the character of Christ to awaken in the bride of Christ, the Church at large.  We have allowed the Lord into those hidden places to do heart surgery, to impart his love, humility, and power.  Many have shared testimonies of an increased intimacy in the presence of God and an outpouring of gratitude and hope that has arisen in their lives.  With this refreshing, we may think we are done.

However, something is  missing.  God did not make known his ways or reveal his glory or display his marvelous works for you alone or for our American Church alone. He did it with a view to the nations.  Throughout the Scriptures we here the Lord declaring do not leave out any nation, any people, any family—all of them must convert to the true and living God and abandon all their other gods.

With so much strife and misunderstanding between races and people groups, it is often easy for us as Christians to accept the trend of multiculturalism, often under the disguise of tolerance and love,  and not take seriously the true LOVING work we are purposed for—-that of calling every people from every other religion to repent and ascribe all glory to the one and only true and living God.  To set the captives free by sharing the one and only way to peace and eternal security with a Heavenly Father who loves them beyond measure for who they are not what they do.

So as we enter into a week of praying through the names of nations and people groups of the world, Lets first spend a day asking Father God to impart to us His heart for the nations.  That we may have a new revelation of the extent of his love for EVERY human being, a conviction to, at minimum, pray for them as well as any further revelation of how he would like to use us in His pursuit of the nations.

Let’s Pray:

Heavenly Father, thank you so much for the work you have been doing in our hearts and minds these first 14 days of prayer and fasting  Father your faithfulness in our lives brings us awe and wonder.  We could revel in this joy forever, giving you praise and honor.  Open our hearts now to align with your Heart for the nations.  Move us to greater places of maturity in your commission to make disciples in all nations.  Father give us revelation that this call is not for the elect few, but for everyone who calls you Lord and Savior.  Father give us a heavenly burden for the lost. Break our hearts for those who do not have access to the peace, power, and protection of their loving Savior Jesus Christ.  Father give us the courage to change and the capacity to arise to your call. In Jesus’s name we pray.  Amen,
